Ingredients
- Ground beef – 1 lb
- Onion, chopped – 1 medium
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Cream of mushroom soup – 1 can (10.5 oz)
- Sour cream – 1 cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Cooked white rice – 1½ cups
- Shredded cheddar cheese – 2 cups
- Frozen peas (optional) – ½ cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess grease.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cooked ground beef, cooked rice, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir in frozen peas, if desired.
