CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE!!!

This is a tried and true recipe !! if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, you cannot go wrong here. This is the way my Mother always made, jut give a shot it won’t fail you !

This eclair bake is NO BAKE and an easy dessert for a crowd. This dessert is prepped in about 15 minutes and delish!

With layers of graham crackers, pudding, and chocolate frosting, this Chocolate Eclair Cake recipe is an old-fashioned icebox cake. A simple, no-bake dessert recipe everyone loves!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

 

Ingredients:

2 (3.5 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

3 c milk

1 (16 oz) pkg graham cracker squares

1 (16 oz) pkg prepared chocolate frosting

 

 

Directions:

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the milk, whipped topping, and pudding mix. Stir until well mixed.

Step 2: Add the graham cracker squares on the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking pan.

Step 3: Spread ½ of the pudding mixture on top of the layer of crackers.

Step 4: Add another layer of crackers over the pudding mixture.

Step 5: Top the crackers with the rest of the pudding mixture.

Step 6: Top everything with the rest of the graham crackers.

Step 7: Frost the cake all over.

Step 8: Place the cake inside the fridge for about 4 hours to chill.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
