Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

Ingredients

For the Cones

  • 16 ounces Cream filled cookies
  • 12 Waffle type cones
  • 3 tbsp Whipped cream

For the Peach Cobbler

  • 48 ounces Sliced peaches, with juice
  • 1 box Cake mix (yellow, white, french vanilla, or butter pecan)
  • 1 cup Butter (salted)
  • 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy whipped cream
  • 1 cup Confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Set the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Cones:
    Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
    Dip the cone into the chocolate, coating the top, bottom, or both.
    Drizzle chocolate on the inside, spreading it around the bottom.
  3. Create Cookie Crumbs:
    Process cookies into crumbs.
    Dip the cone into the cookie crumbs or sprinkle them on the cone.
  4. Prepare Baking Dish:
    Spray a 9×13 baking dish.
    Pour in sliced peaches with juice.
  5. Add Cobbler Layers:
    Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches.
    Drizzle melted butter on top.
  6. Bake:
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
  7. Whip Cream:
    Beat heavy whipping cream until thick with stiff peaks.
  8. Prepare Cheesecake Filling:
    In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
  9. Fold Whipped Cream:
    Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mix.
  10. Assemble Cones:
    Scoop alternating spoons of cheesecake and cobbler into the cone.
